This guide explains how to add, use, and remove the SmartMeet AI Zoom application.

Adding the App

1. Go to the Zoom Marketplace.
2. Search for SmartMeet AI and click “Install”.
3. Authorize the requested permissions to allow the app to access your Zoom meetings.
4. After installation, the app will appear in your Zoom Apps panel.

Using the App

Once installed, SmartMeet AI automatically processes your Zoom meetings to generate:

• Meeting Transcripts – Full text of your meeting.
• Meeting Summaries – AI-generated summaries of key discussion points.
• Dashboard Access – You can review past transcripts and summaries in your SmartMeet AI dashboard.

Prerequisites: A Zoom account with permission to install Marketplace apps, and host or participant rights in the meetings.

Removing the App

1. Log into the Zoom Marketplace.
2. Navigate to “Manage → Installed Apps”.
3. Select SmartMeet AI and click “Remove”.

Implications of De-authorization: Once removed, SmartMeet AI will no longer have access to your Zoom meetings. All associated meeting data will be deleted from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
